Wok & Dum is built on a quiet conviction — that fast food does not have to mean forgotten food. Each handi is sealed with dough and rested over coal. Each wok is fired hot enough to scar the pepper.

We source our basmati from Karnal, our coriander from Kota, and our saffron from the high meadows of Pampore. Nothing is reheated. Nothing is rushed onto the plate before its time.
